Payment: You understand that use of our App Services may result in charges to you for the services received. Apple app store or Google App Store, will facilitate your payment of the application. Charges will be Inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. Charges paid by you are final and non-refundable unless otherwise determined by Apple app store or Google App Store. All Charges are due immediately and payment will be facilitated by Apple app store or Google App Store using the preferred payment method designated in your Account. If your primary Account payment method is determined to be expired, invalid or otherwise not able to be charged, you agree that Apple app store or Google App Store may suspend App Services.
Retail Product: Products selected by users, through Tinga Nutrition Inc.’s App are for the purpose of creating a grocery list. Actual product purchases are handled by our users, through specified third-party retailers. User(s) can purchase products by many means, which may include any of the following: curb-side pickup, home delivery or traditional in-store shopping methods.
Recipe Generator: You may provide inputs to our recipe generator (“through your profile set-up”) and receive suggested customized recipes (outputs) based on those Inputs. Your Inputs and Outputs are collectively “Content.” You are responsible for the usage of this Content. You represent and warrant that you have all rights, licenses, and permissions needed to provide Input to our Services.
Artificial intelligence and machine learning are rapidly evolving fields of study. We are constantly working to improve our Services to make them more accurate, reliable, safe, and beneficial. Given the probabilistic nature of machine learning, use of our Services may, in some situations, result in Output that does not accurately reflect your inputs or facts.
When you use our Services you understand and agree:

Retail pricing: Please note that retail pricing is the sole responsibility of the retailers. Tinga Nutrition Inc. has made reasonable efforts to ensure that the materials contained on our app are accurate, Including retailer, manufacturer, and product information (Including those that may relate to pricing, promotions, and offers), it does not guarantee accuracy, currency or completeness of the materials.
Increased fresh consumption: For all fresh items always read the best before dates and ensure proper storage and handling. All produce should be washed before use.
Data Sourcing: This could Include both data feeds and/or accessing information made publicly available through third parties (Including websites), for the sole purpose of providing improved accessibility to Tinga Nutrition Inc.’s users. Please note, that varying levels of data are available across subscription levels. Any sourced data that has been deemed unsaleable for third-party purposes, is available in Tinga Nutrition Inc.’s free app version (at no charge to our users).
Promotional Codes: Tinga Nutrition Inc. may, at Tinga Nutrition Inc.’s sole discretion, create promotional codes/re that may be redeemed by users, or other features or benefits related to the Services and/or a Third Party Provider’s services, subject to any additional terms that Tinga Nutrition Inc. establishes on a per promotional code basis (“Promo Codes”). You agree that Promo Codes: (i) must be used for the intended audience and purpose, and in a lawful manner; (ii) may not be duplicated, sold or transferred in any manner, or made available to the general public (whether posted to a public form or otherwise), unless expressly permitted by Tinga Nutrition Inc. ; (iii) may be disabled by Tinga Nutrition Inc. at any time for any reason without liability to Tinga Nutrition Inc. ; (iv) may only be used pursuant to the specific terms that Tinga Nutrition Inc. establishes for such Promo Code; (v) are not valid for cash; and (vi) may expire prior to your use. Referral Rewards: By participating in Tinga Nutrition Inc.’s referral program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. To be eligible for rewards, referred users must install the app and sign-on for a paid subscription using the unique referral link provided by the referrer. Rewards are granted when the referred user completes signing up for their Tinga Nutrition Inc. paid subscription account. Referrers and referred users must comply with the app's terms of service and community guidelines. Fraudulent activities, Including but not limited to creating fake accounts or engaging in manipulative behavior, will result in disqualification from the referral program and may lead to account suspension. Rewards are non-transferable, and their redemption may be subject to additional terms outlined in the app. The app reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Referrers and referred users are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with the rewards they receive. Personal Data
The Tinga Nutrition Inc. app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provide our Service. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We, therefore, recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the Tinga Nutrition Inc. app will not work properly or at all.
Responsibility
You should be aware that there are certain things that Tinga Nutrition Inc. will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but Tinga Nutrition Inc. cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you do not have access to Wi-Fi, and you do not have any of your data allowance left.
Along the same lines, Tinga Nutrition Inc. cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you cannot turn it on to avail the Service, Tinga Nutrition Inc. cannot accept responsibility.
