Tinga’s 2020 is a paid for App SERVICE, where users are also provided with a no cost option and is intended for use as is.

Payment: You understand that use of our App Services may result in charges to you for the services receive. Tinga will facilitate your payment of the applicable. Charges will be inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. Charges paid by you are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise determined by Tinga. All Charges are due immediately and payment will be facilitated by Tinga using the preferred payment method designated in your Account. If your primary Account payment method is determined to be expired, invalid or otherwise not able to be charged, you agree that Tinga may suspend App Services.
Retail Product: Products selected by users, through Tinga’s App for the purpose of creating a shopping list. Actual product purchases are executed by our users, through specified third party retailers. User(s) can purchase product by many means, which may include any of the following: curb side pickup, home delivery or traditional in-store shopping methods.
Retail pricing: Please note that retail pricing is the sole responsibility of the retailers. Tinga Nutrition Inc. has made reasonable efforts to ensure that the materials contained on our app are accurate, including retailer, manufacturer and product information (including those that may relate to pricing, promotions, and offers), it does not guarantee: the accuracy, currency or completeness of the materials.
Increased fresh consumption: For all fresh items always read the best before dates and ensure proper storage and handling. All produce should be washed before use.
Data Sourcing: This could include both data feeds and/or accessing information made publicly available through third parties (including websites), for the sole purpose of providing improved accessibility to Tinga’s users. Please note, varying levels of data are available across multiple subscription levels. Any sourced data that has been deemed unsaleable for third party purposes, is available in Tinga’s free app version.
Promotional Codes: Tinga may, in Tinga’s sole discretion, create promotional codes that may be redeemed for Account credit, or other features or benefits related to the Services and/or a Third Party Provider’s services, subject to any additional terms that Tinga establishes on a per promotional code basis (“Promo Codes”). You agree that Promo Codes: (i) must be used for the intended audience and purpose, and in a lawful manner; (ii) may not be duplicated, sold or transferred in any manner, or made available to the general public (whether posted to a public form or otherwise), unless expressly permitted by Tinga; (iii) may be disabled by Tinga at any time for any reason without liability to Tinga; (iv) may only be used pursuant to the specific terms that Tinga establishes for such Promo Code; (v) are not valid for cash; and (vi) may expire prior to your use. Tinga reserves the right to withhold or deduct credits or other features or benefits obtained through the use of Promo Codes by you or any other user in the event that Tinga determines or believes that the use or redemption of the Promo Code was in error, fraudulent, illegal, or in violation of the applicable Promo Code terms or these Terms.

By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You are not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also should not try to translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Tinga Nutrition Inc.
It is important to understand that to use the Application, in addition to complying with Tinga Nutrition Inc. terms of use, you must comply with The Terms of Use of the app store from which you download the Application, for example, the Apple app store or Google App Store, found in the following links:

While Tinga Nutrition Inc. has made reasonable efforts to ensure that the materials contained on our app are accurate, including retailer, manufacturer and product information (including those that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and/or availability), it does not warrant or guarantee: the accuracy, currency or completeness of the materials; that the site will be available without interruption, error or omission; that defects will be corrected; or that the app and the server(s) that make it available are free from viruses or harmful components. The app and the materials provided on the app are provided “as is” and “as available” without representations, warranties or conditions of any kind, either expressed or implied. The Services constitute a technology platform that enables users of Tinga’s app, to create their own customized shopping list, with data that was sourced through independent third-party providers, including independent third-party suppliers, manufacturers, and retailers. Unless otherwise agreed by Tinga in a separate written agreement with you, the Services are made available solely for your personal, non-commercial use. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT TINGA DOES NOT PROVIDE RETAIL FOOD PRODUCT SALES OR LOGISTICS SERVICES OR FUNCTION AS A SUPPLIER, MANUFACTURER, RETAILER, AND THAT ALL SUCH SERVICES ARE PROVIDED BY INDEPENDENT THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS WHO ARE NOT EMPLOYED BY TINGA.
Tinga Nutrition Inc. is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. Personal Data
The Tinga Nutrition Inc. app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provide our Service. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phones security features and it could mean that the Tinga Nutrition Inc. app will not work properly or at all.
Responsibility
You should be aware that there are certain things that Tinga Nutrition Inc. will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but Tinga Nutrition Inc. cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you do not have access to Wi-Fi, and you do not have any of your data allowance left.
Along the same lines, Tinga Nutrition Inc. cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you cannot turn it on to avail the Service, Tinga Nutrition Inc. cannot accept responsibility.
With respect to Tinga Nutrition Inc’s responsibility for your use of the app, when you are using the app, it is important to bear in mind that although we endeavour to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. Tinga Nutrition Inc. accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.
Accessibility
If you are using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third-party charges. In using the app, you are accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region, province or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.
At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on iOS and Android – the requirements for system (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you will need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. Tinga Nutrition Inc. does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the iOS / Android version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you, We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.
